The Harrisburg Broadcast Network is a community based government access channel created and launched on June 1, 2003. The station strives to help the Central Pennsylvania region grow through coverage of local, regional and state government programming.

We also produce and provide coverage of educational activities, local festivals, happenings and other community events. WHBG TV 20 is designed to educate viewers about what is going on in our communities; to help make them grow through positive family and community oriented programming.

WHBG TV 20 is found on Comcast Cable systems basic tire and can be found on channel 20. WHBG programming is seen in 115,000 households in Dauphin, Perry and Cumberland counties.
